It offers both online and offline modes, and can be easily customized using Woodford to meet specific business needs. Resco helps organizations harness mobile technology to improve productivity and remain competitive in today's fast-paced business environment. Additionally, it is useful for providing customer support.

    Cons: I don't have many complaints about the application. However, when Microsoft sends updates, users need to delete data and use the application, which is time-consuming.

    Overall: Resco provides easy access to the application on various platforms including Android, iOS, and Windows. It also works offline and syncs data automatically when the internet is turned on. In field service, it allows creating leads and completing various operations.
