Pros: You have to only integrate the reviews platforms and after than automatic reviews reply gone via sentimental analysis and the reply is not seems bot reply. Such an amazing features for review replying.

Cons: No cons as of now. Sometimes it provide wrong insights.

Pros: 1) The best part I loved about Rannkly is that I can see all the reviews from all over the internet in a single place, now I don't have to jump over different websites to see what my customers are talking about my business.
2) Earlier I used to go to different websites and reply to my customers there, but with Rannkly I can reply to my customers directly from the dashboard.
3) Well, this is not only the case. When I registered my business at Rannkly I found some hidden reviews posted by my customer on the websites that usually as a business owner I would have never gone to.
4) Finally, Rannkly is saving my time as I can manage my social media platforms altogether in a single place. I can upload posts to all my social media platforms in a single go.

Cons: In my last 6 months of usage, I did not find any issues with Rannkly. If there is anything I do not understand I simply call their customer service and my issue gets resolved instantly.
No cons as of now, but I see that they are adding more features to the tool and I am just waiting for those features to try my hands on it.

Their AI is actually giving me more insights and their recommendation really helps me to take the business decisions fearlessly.
