Raklet

Pros: My favorite thing about Raklet is the flexibility it provides. Implementations and customizations are always easy. We're very content with their platform.

Cons: There haven't been any notable issues for us so far! Just a few bugs that they quickly took care of.

Overall: Overall a very pleasant and easy platform to use. Especially the third party integrations have been a great addition to their already good product. We haven't been a customer for too long, but we intend on staying.

Pros: Many advanced features for its price point. Great platform to host members and collect fees. Zapier integrations are a huge plus.

Cons: We had a lot of customization requests and it took a longer time on their end. We were aware that we were asking for a lot though, so we weren't in that much of a hurry. The price was also fair considering the effort it took.

Overall: We are an association, and we're looking for a quick and customizable platform to host our members. Raklet gave us just that and more. We're especially making use of their payment analysis tool for the membership fees.

Pros: So easy to manage members! This is an all-in-one platform, so we don't have to pay for different features to different software platforms. Having everything under a single system has been very practical and economical.

Cons: Getting our members used to the platform took a while but once we were all in, it got very easy to manage everything. No major problems!

Overall: The onboarding was pretty smooth and their support team was helpful. Overall a great experience for clubs like us!

Pros: As we are a hiking club, we do loads of both paid and free events; Raklet allows us to create events and market them to our members, transact payments through their platform, and create tiered memberships for exclusive events. Also, compared to its alternatives, Raklet is cheaper and way more cost-effective considering their features and integrations!

Cons: App sometimes can get laggy and buggy; yet, both of their support and engineering teams are quite fast and helpful fixing details and bugs we've came across throughout our time using the platform up until now.

Overall: We wanted to have a platform where we could discuss where to go hiking next, create events, sell tickets and monthly memberships to our members, all from a single platform. Raklet came in clutch covering our needs and gave us even more than we wanted for a reasonable price.

Pros: A lot cheaper than most other platforms! Their pricing plans made sense and actually lived up to the promises.

Cons: The mobile app has some problems but their engineering team is fast to respond and our members don't use the app that much anyway.

Overall: We are a small but exclusive club so being able to post and control exclusive content was key. Raklet gave us great solutions on that end.

Pros: The team is easy to reach and responsive to any problems you might have. The features are pretty basic and easy to use, which was what we were looking for.

Cons: At times I had to wait a while before my question was answered in the live chat, probably because of time differences, but they always replied attentively and helped solve whatever issue I had.

Overall: Raklet offers an easy way to manage and keep track of your members. It automates a good part of the handy work, so overall very useful.

Pros: The feature that lets you determine whether a post or event could be seen by the public or only by registered members is really useful. It helped us create a sense of exclusivity between the members and also make public announcements at the same time.

Cons: There have been a few bug problems but their team was quick to help out, so nothing major.

Overall: We are a community with a lot of members, so it was important for us to manage everything and everyone from a single platform. Since we made the switch to Raklet, everything has been ideal.

Pros: They offer one-on-one support calls! This was something we didn't know we needed, but was really helpful since we don't have an IT team to set the thing up.

Cons: It took us some time to get our members to switch platforms, but no big problem since Raklet is easy to figure out.

Overall: We required some customizations so the platform would better fit our needs, and experienced no problems. Raklet is accommodating and easy to use.

Pros: The ability to organize discussion forums based on different subjects aided our engagement tremendously. Member filtering has been really helpful as well.

Cons: We've been a Raklet customer for about 1 year, and still don't have much to complain about.

Overall: We wanted a members-only platform to host more targeted and exclusive content. Raklet has been a great option for announcements, emails, and member tracking overall.

Pros: Online donations and fundraising, payment tracking, member info export, email marketing and templates, SMS, mobile app.

Cons: The QR scanner on the mobile app can be dysfunctional. There are also sometimes lag problems.

Overall: As a nonprofit charity, we were looking to expand by investing in a cloud platform that could help us with online events, donations, etc. Raklet has been a great help so far, I can access everything without issue and the platform is really easy to use (even for people who aren't tech savvy such as myself).

Pros: Raklet has many efficient tools that have helped our cycling club. As an event coordinator, I find their event management feature the best: You can organize and share events, customize pages, collect donations or ticket fees, and more.

Cons: There are some missing features that I would've really liked having in the system, which I shared with the team. They were really attentive and took care of my problem with some of their third-party integrations, which has been a sufficient alternative.

Overall: Raklet has been a huge help for our club. We used to try and do everything manually, which took a lot of time and effort. Now we use our Raklet platform to organize member information, create & share upcoming events, and keep members updated via emails -and things have never been easier!

Pros: We mostly use gaming-related integrations like Twitch, Discord, Steam etc., and Raklet has even more integrations than we could’ve imagined. On top of that, you talk to real people whenever you need, which not every platform offers to their customers these days. It’s always a pleasant experience to talk with their customer support team. We sometimes attend semi-pro tournaments (mainly Dota 2), we schedule them through Raklet for our other members to be informed so that they can watch it through Twitch where it is livestreamed, collect payments to attend those tournaments, and the best thing is, we have our own digital cards! We think that Raklet is the most cost-effective solution, and they did not disappoint us at all.

Cons: Since we are friends and gamers from around the globe, sometimes the time difference in between us and their team shows itself. Yet, as I have said, their friendly faces and kind responses have always been very helpful towards my questions about the platform and everything.

Overall: We’ve started as 6 friends playing Dota 2 back in 2014, we’ve been growing ever since. Some of our friends play other games as well. and since we’ve been playing for a long time, sometimes we attend tournaments and events alike. As we grew and grew in numbers, we needed a platform like Raklet to keep track of everything that’s been going on. We love all the integrations they offer to us, the fact that we can all choose our own languages (and they support a lot of them), the easiness of collecting payments and scheduling events, and many more features they offer for us to benefit from. We are looking forward to growing more as Not a Cult with Raklet by our side.

Pros: We are a charity who helps people in need of food and clothing. Raklet helped us collect donations and keep our all supporters' contacts in one place. Also, we can track and download our contact's logs to see which fundraising events they attended. That feature also comes in handy.

Cons: One drawback we encountered in the beginning was that we only needed to use the fundraising, events and social network modules. Their other features weren't necessary for our platform, but that didn't cause any major problem: we managed to disable them easily with the help of their kind support team.

Overall: It was very easy to learn the system, and our onboarding process was very smooth thanks to their customer service. Raklet has been a very functional and helpful software for our nonprofit, it helps us manage our fundraising events and collect our donations without issue.

Pros: Raklet has been the place where we talk about fitness programs through discussion forums, connect personal trainers with our customers, collect membership fees, give our members digital cards with QR codes to check in to our Factory, and many more. When we were closed because of covid, Raklet has been great to schedule online gym class events with their Zoom integration too. When we had any question about the platform, their customer service with their friendly faces and brightest smiles have been there for us, we look forward to keeping the Factory up and running with Raklet’s great help.

Cons: It was a little problem for some customers to have them download an app on their phones as a way to check-in to the Factory, yet we offered them Factory T-shirts as a gift and a way to ease the process of them getting used to the app. This made them feel better and bond further with our Factory further with their personalized digital cards and all in the long run!

Overall: Raklet is really an all-in-one platform, they covered almost every single of our needs for a gym to be up and running from a software. Collecting membership payments, digital cards with QR codes integrated into them, event management system, discussion forums, the ability to send mass e-mails and SMS messages, their exceptional support, and many more has helped Factory grow day by day. We are looking forward to a better future together with Raklet.

Pros: Raklet has been a great HOA management platform for us. We can see all the data on our members and charge them for their HOA fees. It even allows us to send mass emails and newsletters as well as automated reminder mails. Inspired from Raklet’s event creation feature, we started to organize different kinds of events for our residents too. The social network works like a social media platform so it keeps our residents engaged.

Cons: The only minor issue has been moving all of our residents to Raklet, since it was a completely new platform for them. With any other small questions or problems we had, their support team was quick and helpful enough, so overall we don’t have much to complain about.

Overall: Raklet provided us with what we were looking for. Now we have a connected community that doesn’t hesitate to contact us when they face a problem with their living facilities, because Raklet offers an easy and fast way to do that. We can also collect fees, post announcements, and reach residents without issue.

Pros: For us, categorizing our members is really important since we have members from different locations and different activity backgrounds. With Raklet we can easily separate them into tiers, communicate with all of our members through various ways, schedule events, and collect payments. Also, whenever we had minor troubles getting used to the software, the support team was always there to help.

Cons: Most of our members are not big fans of technology so it took us a while to convince them to use a completely new platform, but Raklet is really easy to learn and use and they offer an exceptional support on top of that, all of our members are enjoying it now.

Overall: We have been using Raklet very often and it saves us a lot of time and effort. We love how easy it can be to organize events and manage members!

Pros: I have not been able to find the support of the Raklet team on any other platform. One time we had a 45 minutes zoom session and they helped me with all of my questions and problems. Other than that, Raklet's simple interface and the easy-to-use features really helped my team to get things in order quickly.

Cons: The customization of some components requires time and money. Yet, it is understandable since it takes a lot of effort to do the comprehensive requests.

Overall: It is a really basic and effective piece of software that allows us to handle communication among our club's members while also keeping our data in one place. It is also great that it has so many supported integrations within the system.

Pros: It got so much easier for our members to follow and sign up for events once we started using Raklet. The feature that allows us to charge less for specific membership plans is amazing, it used to be so hard to keep track of that. Also, they have a social network section that works just like any other social media platform. It is a good way to keep our members engaged.

Cons: We had some bug issues at the beginning but it was resolved quickly thanks to their kind support team. Apart from that, Raklet has everything we were looking for.

Overall: We have been using the platform for a while now and the event tracking is really good for our organization. It keeps all your data and members in one place and is very practical. Overall a very good experience.

Pros: Raklet's features have been the answer to all of our problems. We can book our members to their venues, manage their calendars and find hours that work for all, get payments online, and many more! Also, since I don’t know very much about computers, their customer service has been amazing to help us settle in and start off with our shooting range.

Cons: An issue was about our members and customers: they didn’t want to make new accounts in the first place, but we gave them a discount for their first shooting range experience with us through Raklet to make them feel closer to creating a new account.

Overall: I knew from the start that I needed a software like Raklet, and they didn't disappoint! Their extensive features have been really helpful. I can collect payments, schedule shooting range events, categorize my members into tiers, contact them through SMS or email whenever I need to, and many more. Looking forward to growing together with Raklet.

Pros: Raklet is great for managing everything from one place. Now, with our admin panel we can track everything easily. We can create application forms, membership profiles, and collect payments easily. Also, I couldn't find Raklet's special human touch anywhere else when it comes to solving our problems. In addition to that, it is very affordable in comparison to other membership management platforms.

Cons: The only issue is is the time difference between our community and their technology consultant team. There were times that we weren't online at the same time. Other than that, Raklet is the solution to all our needs.

Overall: Raklet has been a nice experience to us in general. We can easily organize our events, owing to them, and they're a huge assistance throughout their always on-time online customer service!
