Pros: It comes with IBM-powered AI Watson Sentiment Analysis that analyzes feedback and turns it into qualitative data. It makes it easy for us to assess verbatim feedback. Plus, it has a variety of survey templates which makes it easy for us to just pick one survey, customize it, and publish on our website.
Cons: They should include a little more features in the free trial version. I have nothing more to say, just filling the space right now.
Overall: I started using it with its free trial and then bought a plan. Our team really benefited from the Sentiment Analysis, and the templates helped a lot. It also has some amazing targeting options and multi-language support, which we thought was cool.

Pros: Qualaroo's freeform text answer options allow our customers to express themselves without restraint, this is much needed for our business to improve our services.
Cons: As we dived deeper into exploring the software, there were so many features to choose from many more customization options that it seemed overwhelming for a brief period of time, but the basic templates are easy to understand and we have been using them since then.
Overall: As I’ve said, it seemed a bit much for our requirements, because all we needed were the open-ended questions to be answered freely by customers. But it's always good to be on the abundant side. The support team helped us a lot and are super-responsive in answering our queries and always made themselves available for us when we needed them.

Pros: Qualaroo is definitely better than its competitors in terms of how quickly you can set it up on your website and it doesn't affect your website speed also. Its AI-powered analytics and reports are really helpful. Its geo and event targeting feature let you collect feedback from the right people at the right time.
Cons: User sentiments analysis reports can be better and detailed. A deeper analysis of user sentiments will definitely help businesses to convert more.

Pros: Simple to set up and launch. No code. Just a point-and-click dashboard.
We use Salesforce, and Qualaroo integrated right away with it.
The surveys felt like a part of our system, branded with our logo and colors.Cons: Qualaroo could do with more survey templates. We saw about a dozen or so, but many were only slightly different variations of the same theme.
The results of our surveys were categorized into only broad sentiments like joy or fear or anger. It seemed too basic for such advanced tech.
We wanted some of our surveys to end if the user responded in a certain way. Took us a while to figure out the logic branching, but that may just be us.Overall: Our outbound sales team is using Qualaroo to survey prospective as well as existing customers. In regard to prospects, we have been asking them about what they expect from our product, how we could help them improve their business processes or their products and/or services, what price range they need to fit or what budgets they are working with. Our sales people were also gathering any feedback that our current or former customers had about our sales process, because the problem was that our conversion rates were declining and most people who were turning down our product were citing the sales process as a reason. To find out specifically which part of the process they were finding lacking, our sales head decided to seek info from both new and old customers.

We liked Qualaroo because it’s a relatively simple tool to run. We needed simple surveys, with our branding, and we got that. There are a lot of technical targeting options but we stuck to the basics (because we had our own leads database, we didn't need “targeting” as such) and it’s working pretty well. -

Pros: Through Qualaroo, we ask how customers find out about us, so that our marketing teams can use this information to replicate and build upon launch strategies as we enter new cities. We also use this insight to determine which cities, based on demographics, make sense to target for future service expansion.
One of the determining factors behind our choice of Qualaroo as our client surveying partner is the platform’s custom-branding options. Customers never feel that they are leaving our platforms. Over time, they have come to expect and appreciate the importance we place on their feedback about our services.Cons: There are way too many options in the targeting section, but we have gotten used to skipping past them while creating surveys. Perhaps that’s more for companies that target wide audiences. We only collect client feedback, so we don’t really use ‘targeting’ as such.
Overall: Qualaroo enables teams within our company to adapt to the needs of our customers and to share data across the organization. Survey-based feedback loops, coupled with web optimization tools, give our product, design, and marketing teams the information necessary to make data-driven judgment calls.

Pros: Qualaroo’s branching technology is of great help, as it makes it easy to target the right customers at the right time, depending on their behavior. What’s more, the design API was not that time taking to brand our overlays that went well with our company.
Cons: The reporting and analytics are fairly limited, and filtering results based on a question can be challenging, as it requires loads of scrolling.
Overall: Qualaroo made it easier for us to run online surveys that offered in-depth insights, which improved user engagement and experience. All this improved our website’s conversion rate by about 40% that eventually increased revenues.

Pros: Qualaroo lets you ask the right questions at the right time, delightfully and politely, by targeting specific users. It also helped us do the same and gather valuable feedback from our website visitors and improve conversion rates.
Cons: There are no cons at such, but the overall reporting can be better.
Overall: Once installed, it never slows down your web pages, which is a rare factor in online survey makers. Moreover, one of the most remarkable features of Qualaroo is prototype testing that lets you capture user feedback quickly and painlessly at every stage.

Pros: Qualaroo was easy to launch. We used the exit intent template because we were seeing a very high bounce rate on our product pages.
We put our color schema on the template so that it wouldn’t look out of place, and the popup turned out pretty fitting with our palette. The customization options are good.
Loved the branching technology. Also, the tool didn’t require any heavy-duty coding, so we could just get it up and running, which was great because we don’t have a full-time in-house tech team.Cons: The reporting sections needs some work. We would love an improved grouping feature for making reports to make it easier.
Overall: People used the open text box to send in their comments, some were angry (and didn’t hold back!) but most were confused about how to get to our reviews, help and support sections. Some of them have recommended a chatbot which we are now considering adding to the website on the whole, so that was an additional piece of customer advice we were able to get.
