    "Revolutionized my sales process"

    Pros: I love how all the pictures the team takes are automatically added to the job, and that I can quickly search and build a gallery of favorites. This really helps when I'm talking to customers.

    Cons: I'd like to take groups of photos at the same it, instead of one at a time. The good news is my customer success rep said that this is coming in about a week.

    Overall: I've used other CRM's and scheduling tools but it's been Projul that helped me improve my customer closing ratio by nearly 20%. Their customer support has been shockingly good, for example, I sent an email asking about a search option they didn't have and they added it to the product 2 days later.

    "Projul has a great crm and an easy to use scheduling software too"

    Pros: I really liked the ease of adding leads and how fast it was to schedule my estimators. I'm able to get more done with my leads, know when I need to follow up and refer to any pictures or documents they've submitted to me. The crm is super simple and its built specifically for construction which I love.
    Projul even has project scheduling and worker deployment features which I've found myself relying on. Now I know where my estimators are and what my field workers are up to.

    Cons: It doesn't have in app estimating yet, but my account rep said that it will be coming within the month. That's my only downside. As soon as estimating is available i really wont have any cons for Projul to speak of.

    Overall: It's a great product. I've been thrilled to work with the customer support team. Their training is top notch and I can call my account rep any time with a question and he's always available to point me in the right direction!

    "Projul makes managing our busy schedule easy"

    Pros: We're able to organize like never before using Projul. The CRM gives us the ability to upload photos directly to a lead, which carries to an estimator then to the service tech in the field doing the work. My field crew loves using Projul because it’s so simple and they always have pictures and know what they are getting into.

    Once a lead becomes a Project and even after it's completed we have notes of what our team said, access before and after pictures and easily see whether or not we have been back for our complimentary 1 time touch up service.

    When a job needs to be re-scheduled, it automatically updates the work order I've sent my crew and they get notified immediately. Projul ties a Construction based CRM and job / crew management together like no other software I've seen before.

    Cons: I’m not sure it’s a con but it took me a week before I could get my entire team to use it.

    Overall: Because we refinish 4-5 tubs per day, Projul’s quick and easy scheduling greatly reduces the time and overhead we’ve spent in the past, and rescheduling when a customer calls is super easy, I can do it on my phone while on the job.

    "Great scheduling and task management with stellar support"

    Pros: We found that scheduling tasks is a breeze, the only thing easier is rescheduling or reassigning those tasks! Also, Projul's customer support has been amazing. They are always available and very helpful.

    Cons: The only thing we are struggling with is missing the ability to include photos and documents, but we've talked with support several times and it sound like that will be available very soon. Also we weren't in love with the the monthly scheduling interface but they updated it a few weeks again and it's amazing! (sorry that's not a Con).

    Overall: Projul has made us much more efficient and ACCURATE. Seriously, the errors we experienced way to often with several people scheduling our contractors and schedule changes from customers are gone!

    "Organize and Grow"

    Pros: Projul is very customizable. Perfect for organizing our team and keeping track of projects. I can schedule tasks and team members can communicate about the project right through the scheduler! We keep tabs on what's been done and what needs to be done. So far it's working out great for us!

    Cons: The cost...it's a bit pricey starting at $99/mo. Could become a financial strain for small business owners.

    Overall: With Projul we have been able to organize a huge amount of projects helping us to grow our business and increase revenue.
    Customer service is awesome! Our contact person, Chad, was always available to answer questions and help us get all team members up and running!

    "Projul has me Cleaning Up"

    Pros: Having our cleaning staff check-off their tasks on their phones (while still on-site) lets me know what's done (and not done) immediately. This has resulted in happier customers and better use of our cleaners' time.

    Cons: We'd like to take pre and post photos of some jobs and Projul doesn't seem to do this yet.

    Overall: Scheduling my team of cleaners using Projul has been a dream. Many of our jobs are recurring so getting them into Projul was really easy and when we need to reschedule a job I can drag it to another day or assign it to another cleaner in seconds.

    "Simple lead management"

    Pros: Works great to easily track leads, set reminders for follow-ups and schedule meetings with clients. Notifications help remind me when a task is due. Reports help me get a better understanding of where new business is coming from.

    Cons: Could use more reports. Also waiting on estimates and invoices. Describe your overall experience: I've noticed a substantial improvement to my daily routine since I've started using Projul. With the software managing my tasks, it's easy for me to stay on task and has freed me up to get more work done. These wins absolutely justify the price of the software.

    Overall: I’ve reclaimed time I didn’t know I was missing, I wish I would have found this software earlier!

    "Projul put my ducks in a Row"

    Pros: Projul’s compartmentalization of projects and leads has dealt a significant blow to my daily stress. Gone are the days of frantically searching for project folders, wondering if they were left on-site, in my car, at home, on my desk, in the abyss. Knowing every important detail of all my previous, ongoing and upcoming projects is as easy as opening up the Projul app on my phone.

    Cons: Lack of document storage. The team seems to be in a hurry to provide this though. I’ll follow up if they do.

    Overall: Projul has made my life easier. Our previous software was a nightmare to use with constant crashing, too much useless stuff and just overall unhelpful. Since using Projul, I’ve found that I’m usually able to actually get off at 5:00pm.

    "We are seeing substantial growth"

    Pros: Projul’s reporting features have propelled our growth exponentially. Through their detailed reports we’ve been able to identify our most profitable project types, our best sales people, our ideal zip codes, our highest closing lead generation sources, and every combination thereof. Within a matter of weeks we’ve gone from a 16% closing ratio to an 18%. We could not have done it without the information Projul’s reports provide.

    Cons: Weekly mobile updates can be an annoyance, but it’s almost not worth mentioning considering what we do like.

    Overall: We’ve fine tuned our entire sales process for the better. We’re expecting to increase our annual revenue by a minimum 20% by the end of this year just from using Projul.

    "Construction Software Made Simple, I'm a Believer!"

    Pros: Projul combines the most desired benefits of other major software systems not normally geared for construction companies into something that's easy to use and greatly beneficial to every member of our team. This includes members of our office to our estimators, project managers, and even workers in the field.

    - Reporting metrics allow us to make informed and significant business decisions (from identifying underperforming salespeople to helping us decide exactly which zip codes and job types we should be prioritizing with our advertising).

    - The lead pipeline allows us to visually see where our sales process needs improvement.
    - Scheduling estimates, projects and employees is incredibly intuitive, even on mobile devices. -Customer service has been super quick to respond to support tickets and solving issues.

    Cons: - Concerned future releases will sacrifice the simplicity that has been established.

    - Cannot create or send an estimate or invoice in Projul. It looks like it's coming in the future... Hopefully soon.

    Overall: We are just 4 months into using Projul and so far it has transformed our business for the better. We've been able to make informed business decisions and have been offered greater insight into what parts of our process have needed attention in some form. As an example, Projul helped us identify the fact that we had mismanaged approximately 4 thousand (of our monthly 15 thousand dollar budget) worth of leads per month since February. Using Projul's reporting features, we were able to translate that into approximately 56k dollars in lost monthly revenue due to the mismanagement we had just identified. With a few internal changes, we are rapidly seeing a significant increase in monthly revenue. We had known for a while there was something wrong, but we weren't able to pinpoint the exact issue we were until we started using Projul. I'm not sure how much longer it would have taken for us to figure it out by ourselves.

    While the above has literally translated into more revenue, it's also worth mentioning how specific Projul is to the construction field. Projul has allowed us to condense 3 different software applications, 10 individual calendars, and 1 master calendar (that we struggled to use in harmony with one another) into one easy to use application.

    Everyone from our office staff to our field staff love Projul.

    "Reports give me what I need"

    Pros: Projul gives me reports that help me understand what part(s) of my business need attention.

    Cons: The number of features are rather light. I'm looking forward to the next release.

    Overall: Projul's reports have helped us be more efficient with our leads and close more jobs. We've been able to identify our most profitable zip codes and project types, giving us a better idea where to increase our advertising budget. Projul has also been the only software we've used that the entire team hasn't complained about.

    "Just what I needed.. SIMPLE!"

    Pros: The BEST thing about Projul is how simple it was to set up and start seeing changes. In the first week I booked 25% more consultations as a result Projul's Sales Pipeline. Seriously this is something I've been trying to do for the last two years!

    Cons: I'm interested in being able to track my costs, this looks like a feature that is coming so I'll have to continue to track my jobs costing manually for now.

    Overall: It's not just that I thought Projul was easy to use, I mean choosing software you want to use is easy. The big win here was with our associates which loved the Projul mobile app right from the beginning. I've never put anything in their hand before that they said "saved them time and made their job easier".
    They open their daily schedule and just click on their daily tasks. The app maps their route to appointments and tracks our teams communications about the job, the location, problems, etc... The entire team knows what's happening.

    "Mobile Friendly Project Scheduling"

    Pros: Projul keeps me efficient by storing all my tasks, project details and individual job schedules all in one place that I can access from my phone at any time. I used to depend on memory for the majority of this. I am able to communicate with the employees and subcontractors on my project using separate text threads for each individual project, keeping everyone in the loop when they need to be, without having to make a bunch of redundant calls. I am able to see tasks being marked completed in real time. While I still like to touch base with my on-site workers every day, I'm able to know what their status is on any given project without having to interrupt them during the day. In turn being able to provide an accurate, real time update to give my clients.

    Cons: Mobile app sometimes needs to be closed out and signed back in again to properly load. I'm told that the developers are aware and should have this problem fixed soon. Haven't figured a quick and easy way to add a reminder task. Have been told that it's coming in the future updates.

    Overall: Since most of my time is spent traveling between job sites or seeing new estimates, the mobile app has been the most important part of Projul to me. Having everything I need for every project I'm managing in one app is extremely appreciated. The company I work for has had us try several different programs in the past year. Of all the different programs we've tried Projul definitely outshines the rest in ease of use, practicality, and overall usefulness.
