About PostScan Mail

PostScan Mail is a virtual mail and address service that allows individuals and businesses to receive their physical mail in a digital format. With PostScan Mail, users can view and manage their mail online from anywhere in the world.

When you sign up for PostScan Mail, you'll be assigned a virtual mailbox address. This address can be used as your mailing address for all of your correspondence. When mail is received at your virtual mailbox address, PostScan Mail will scan the outside of the envelope or package and notify you of its arrival via email.

From there, you can log in to your PostScan Mail account to view and manage your mail. You can choose to have the mail opened and scanned, forwarded to a physical address, shredded, or stored for a later date. All of these options can be selected with just a few clicks, making it easy to manage your mail from anywhere in the world.

Pricing Details:
We offer three subscription plans starting at $10 per month, this includes a real mailing address within the US or internationally. You can receive between 30 to 120 mail items depending on your selected plan and can submit requests to open & scan, recycle, shred or forward your physical mail items for an additional fee. Our Standard and Premium plans offer the best value which includes either 10 or 20 free open & scans.

    Pros: I always get my notifications on my PostScan Mail same day they receive it and whenever I choose to forward the mail, it gets done within 12-15 mins. It’s very convenient for me especially I’m living in South East Asia. I’ve been using their service for more than 2 years no and everything is great! I’ll definitely stick with PostScan Mail.

    Cons: I have nothing negative to say because their support is very accommodating and ready to address my queries or concerns.

    Overall: Worth using their service especially if you’re overseas. It’s the best mail app I’ve used bar none.
