Pros: As an SDR, I love how simple it is to create and edit sequences. On a daily basis we send a lot of emails so it's very important to have a tool that makes it as simple as possible. We have to do everything from Outreach (cold calls, sequenced emails, leave voicemails, etc) so it helps us save a lot of time and we can contact more people per day. It is really time efficient.
Cons: Sometimes it gets stuck out of nowhere and you have to kinda reset it.
Overall: It is an excellent tool with many features that can be helpful in sales management. We have to do everything from Outreach (cold calls, sequenced emails, leave voicemails, etc) so it helps us save a lot of time and we can contact more people per day. It is really time efficient.

Pros: Their training team is highly professional and makes onboarding seamless for my team. The user interface is super appealing. It keeps you updated on every opportunity for sales. Easy to analyze and modify sales pipeline. It helps you to increase your conversion rate of leads. Detailed reports on sales activity.
Cons: Loved the Outreach platform. No cons experienced.
Overall: I loved how the Outreach platform helps to finalize deals and allows tracking sales activity on the same window. It offers me a most transparent pipeline visualization. Overall, I highly suggest Outreach for your sales process. It helps you in increasing sales and gives you the ability to control sales activity.

Pros: It has a good dashboard that helps me positively visualize the functions. The calendar has impressive releases in each edition. It is imperative to trigger a multi-touch activity sequence in terms of sales. It integrates with Salesforce and other relevant software.
Cons: It is impossible to change the steps or edit them when activating a sales sequence; I have to recreate one from scratch.
Overall: Our sales department has benefited the most from Outreach because it has had a significant impact on sales executives, customers, and development reps. We can share templates and improve the outreach process for the good of the services we offer. You will perform a series of processes that lead to improved sales and group collaboration cadence. All integrations with other software are essential and very useful for you.

Pros: I love that it integrates with Salesforce and simplifies the process of logging tasks. More than anything though I love that the sequences help me to follow up with my prospects in a regular cadence.
Cons: You can filter your tasks by certain criteria but not by step in the sequence. (Currently)
Overall: This software is incredible and allows me to accomplish twice as much because it automates the logging of tasks for all of my contacts.

Pros: The software handles sales automation that helps us to speed up all workflows that include our sales team communications. With the platform it is easy to create strategies that are attached to email, voice calls and social media. Outreach is a good fit for sales management services that do not focus directly on funnel management.
Cons: Unlike other services of its kind, Outreach cannot be implemented as an extension for Help Desk services, so it doesn't seem to be possible to perform actions such as help desk ticket scanning in Outreach. In any case, Outreach still maintains many qualities that keep it at the forefront of today's sales world.
Overall: Outreach is recommended if you want to improve your team's sales and have them understand how to properly deal with the consumers you want to target. In addition, its excellent adaptability allows it to be attached to services that specialize in dealing with new customers, so you not only get more organized sales, but also greater chances of retaining customers.

Pros: The software handles sales engagement that helps us accelerate all of our sales team's communications workflows. With the platform it is easy to create strategies that tie together email, voice and social media for all of our customers.
Cons: The application itself is very simple and although it is quite compliant it is not capable of being managed by a large sales group, it does not have customer database tools, campaign management, channels, commissions or contracts. In addition, it does not allow us to manage our sales in the field.
Overall: Outreach always provides its users with a simple and capable experience, as it gives you the compliance and work experience you are hoping to achieve. Outreach is recommended if you want to improve your team's sales and have them understand how to properly deal with the consumers you want to target. We are delighted with the training that the platform provides to users who do not know how to use the software, as it is quite accurate and easy to understand, and we can be personally assisted by Outreach staff. We have been delighted with the patient and professional way our team has been treated.

Cons: Not really, l loved this user engagement platform.

Pros: Outreach allows my organization to exponentially grow each rep's output while also allowing management to control the sales narrative. This tool allows me keep track of my SDR team's activity and manage a large team with very little effort.
I have grown my SDR team from zero to over 10 reps in under 6 months. The premade sequences allow a brand new SDR who has never been in sales to become value producing in their very first month.
Favorite parts:

- SDR round robin meetingsCons: This is a very complicated product, so if you are not willing to take advantage of its many features you may be missing out on the value. It isn't cheap, so if you adopt this product you should commit to learning about it and implementing best practices.
It would be better if outreach provided clearer guidance on the organizational settings (max emails per day, max people to put in a sequence per day, etc) there are a ton of settings and we had to learn the hard way about how to set each one. Now that we have it dialed in we have no problem with that anymore.Overall: I've had a very positive experience. This is a sales power tool with a fairly large learning curve. Whoever is managing the sales team will need to roll their sleeves up and learn how to set up sequences, teams, templates, and more.

A must have for managing an SDR team. We have had less success getting adoption with our more senior sales directors, but that is not uncommon. The newer the sales rep, the better potential for ROI multiplying you have with this product. -

Cons: Its a great software for sales engagement and post sale support, being so comprehensive in nature it require training to use.
Overall: Outreach provides multi channel communication platform which has inbuilt work flow in such a way that helps in attaining greater conversion. It helps in tracking the Representative activities, which helps in minimising the eliminating the less efficiency work. It has basically four parts - Emails, voice, social and text based communication.
