    Pros: Olark helps in boosting our productivity. It provides live chat platform which helps in building strong relationships with our customers. Using live chat we can instantly response to our customers issue which ultimately converts into profit. Allows real time chat process. Very easy to use and customisable software. Stylish chat box. Good interface for sorting and searching anything.

    Cons: Very easy to setup. Customer support are very responsive. Good software. No cons.

    Cons: #1- We had an overall great experience with it. Nothing I disliked about it.
