Engage is a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS), meaning we take care of all updates and improvements with no hardware or expensive agent licenses. Our consumption-based pricing caters to businesses of all sizes.

Engage includes Voice, Email, SMS and Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM (Direct Message), Twitter DM (Direct Message), WhatsApp, WeChat LINE, and Web Chat.

Pricing

Pricing Details:
On-Demand—Pay as you go for just 20¢ USD for every unit. Inclusions are as per the Medium Plan EXCEPT for Microsoft Teams Address Book, Engage CTI for Salesforce, and Utilities.

Essential Plan - $41,988 for 12 months, including up to 100,000 units per month. 4c for every additional unit that you go over your monthly allocation.

Select Plan - $87,588 for 12 months, including up to 250,000 units per month. 3c for every additional unit that you go over your monthly allocation.

Enterprise Plan - $143,988 for 12 months, including up to 500,000 units per month. 2c for every additional unit that you go over your monthly allocation.

Elite Plan - $239,988 for 12 months, including up to 1,500,000 units per month. 1c for every additional unit that you go over your monthly allocation.

Ultimate Plan - $41,988 for 12 months, including up to 10,00,000 units per month. 0.5c for every additional unit that you go over your monthly allocation.
