Pros: The user interface is very clean and intuitive for customer relationship management. Integration with email marketing tools like Mailchimp works great. It has an organized home page and pipeline management. Easy to visualize every new action that happened in sales. Onboarding new users are easy.
Cons: Reporting and insights are not the greatest on this platform.
Overall: I loved how Less Annoying CRM can be used even without having prior experience in CRM. It organizes contacts and shares a clear overview of the sales page.
