    "Good Service With Great Customer Support."

    Pros: This is pretty much an all-rounder software and did all my work, from scheduling appointments to setting up an online store, recording testing levels, internal staff scheduling. The best part of the software is the customer support a big thumbs up for them, they hear all your queries and solve them as quickly as possible.

    Cons: The limitation it had is that it doesn't have an application, this would have been amazing for the customers to manage all the work easily.

    Overall: Overall, HelmBot can be highly recommended by me because of the quality of features it provided me, also the customer support was very helpful and attentive to the customer's problems.

    Pros: It has everything needed to run my float center. It was easy to learn. And when I needed help, help was readily available.

    Cons: A single email address can be used for only one account. Therefore, if a husband and wife desire separate accounts but use the same email address, their accounts must be merged.

    Overall: This software was recommended by another float center owner. I considered a couple of other options. But HelmBot is specifically designed for the float industry, and I'm happy with my choice.

    Pros: Wide variety of utilities and features at a single place with such ease of use is something any user would prefer. Customer management has never been easier.

    Cons: The hefty monthly payment might make you reluctant but its worth going for it.

    Pros: Super intuitive, extremely useful, multifunctional, fun and easy learning curve software that suits almost everyone of our needs. Fairly priced and great customer service to boot!

    Cons: It's hard to find any cons. Mass update functionality might be a nice bonus.

    Overall: I can't imagine switching out this software. From appointment scheduling, employee timesheets, POS, project management to reporting, waiver storage and automated emailing, this is the full package.

    Pros: Software is very easy to use, takes little time to get used to, and is very customizable. The simplicity of this software is what really helps it stand out from other more expensive and complicated competitors.

    Cons: Would like to see more variability with service creation and combinations (packages, memberships, etc) Right now the software only allows combos up to 4 services, would like to see that expanded for centers that offer multiple modalities.

    Overall: I love Helmbot, and see no reason ever to go elsewhere. It's serves us well as a POS and Booking solution. We have never had any BIG errors take place, and our clients seem to appreciate the ease of use as well.

    Pros: This program has been integral to our business. As new float center owners and operators, it was so reassuring to be able to rely on those who paved the way before us to set up a program addressing all the details we didn't know we needed to worry about. Customer support is excellent!

    Cons: I do not have any complaints about HelmBot. They are constantly improving their service and meeting all our needs!

    Overall: HelmBot developers clearly understand our needs on both the backside as well as the UX side. It's an easy-to-implement program that continues to help us learn and grow our business!

    Cons: I would like more versatility of the appearance of the shopping cart/pricing page that shows up through HelmBot on our website. I would like to be able to rearrange the headings or the order in which it appears, and maybe change the font style, size and color to draw attention to different things.

    Overall: Overall, we have been completely satisfied and happy with using HelmBot on a daily basis for our business. It is an integral part of our business and I don't know what we would do without it! The HelmBot team is helpful and responsive and open to suggestions for any positive improvements or constructive criticism.     Pros: FloatHelm is super straightforward and easy to implement and use day to day. They know the float industry inside and out and often have solutions to problems before I even know I need them! Their customer service is outstanding and I have never had to wait for a response or solution.

    Cons: If there is a con, it would be training. That said though, it is a fairly easy software and I have been able to ask simple or complex questions and received direction almost immediately. I would like to see different reporting available but honestly, it could be there and I haven't figured it out yet.

    Overall: I use this software everyday and have never had it fail me! I wish I could say that about more things in life!

    Pros: Constant communication with team during changeover. I felt at ease and is easy to use. The support from the Helm team is top notch and I am so happy we made the switch.

    Cons: I should have made the changeover sooner. This system has everything needed for a seamless day. We had the system when we first opened and made the switch to Mindbody. I am happy we came back.

    Overall: It was a seamless changeover and any issues were resolved quickly by their support team. They don't leave you hanging and are always checking in to see how it's going. I feel like I have a good team behind us and have enjoyed the transition.

    Pros: We have used Helmbot since opening our flotation therapy center nearly 2 years ago. The product is excellent, robust, intuitive and on the rare occasions I have needed to reach out to customer support they were quick to reply, knowledgeable about the product and provided immediate solutions.

    Cons: I truly do not have a negative thing to say about Helmbot or the customer services provided. I'm an avid fan.

    Overall: We chose Helmbot based on other recommendations and after reviewing other software platforms. We have never once regretted choosing Helmbot for our business needs.

    Cons: Honestly, I absolutely love this product. It makes our business run so much easier than our previous software system which was very clunky. I don't have any negative feedback.

    Overall: Overall I couldn't be happier running our shop on Helmbot. I highly recommend considering using it. At the very least you must schedule a private tour of the software which you can organize through the team at Helmbot.

    Pros: Customer service : Quick response time & extremely helpful & friendly. The initiation/training period was amazingly helpful.

    All of the reports help me track everything I need. Employee and practitioner time sheets, check-in clocks, even my clients tell me it's very easy to schedule online. Text reminders & call aheads have greatly reduced my no-shows and late cancelations. Online intake forms are extremely helpful and save a lot of time and paper for my float clients! Tracking the measurements of the float room are a huge bonus as I do not get along with microsoft spreadsheets!

    The entire team at HelmBot have really done a great job at creating a usable program AND great customer service. They listen to their clients and that is a huge bonus in my book!

    Cons: Haven't found anything on here I don't like or wish it would do!

    Overall: I can't say enough good things about this program! HIGHLY recommend. Easy to use, great customer service and tracking. Can't beat it!

    Pros: Super easy to use and very practical. This software solved all of my problems with previous scheduling software.

    Cons: No cons, the support team are incredibly responsive and helped me whenever I had a question.

    Overall: The transition from our previous software to Helmbot was effortless and we learned the software within the first week. It has solved all of our problems with scheduling and memberships we previously had.

    Pros: I love pretty much everything about this software! From using it on a daily basis to training my team on the software itself its so user friendly :) This is the software you need if you run a float center!!

    Cons: Everything we had issues with they fixed up and actually lets us beta test something s for them. That was so cool!

    Cons: Nothing at all, really. Every time I think of something that's missing, I let them know and the team at Float Helm starts working on a solution or informs me that one is already in the works!

    "Best scheduling software of our time"

    Pros: For running a float center, it's the perfect software. Guests tell us all the time how easy it is to book appointments through the software without having to contact us. The customer support is stellar, usually getting a response to emails within an hour (often within minutes). It keeps great records of useful data and integrates well with Google analytics and Facebook Pixel. Setting up schedules and editing them if needed is very easy. Overall, it was very easy to learn and use and is the perfect fit for my business.

    Cons: There are a few things I didn't like at first, but customer support took my feedback and made changes. It's not that there were problems, but rather things that could be added to make the software even better such as internal waivers which they added. I wish I had more useful constructive criticism but I can't think of anything the software is missing or any problems I've run into.

    Overall: Modern, clean, very easy to use, great-looking, neat and non-cluttered, stellar customer support, has all the functions I need for scheduling software, and if I have an idea of something I think could be added to the software it's easy to have a conversation with the developers to see if they would consider adding it. I demoed 5 other similar software programs and Helm was the best value and the best of all I demoed.

    "Great tool for managing your appointment based business"

    Pros: It has everything you need to manage your business. From POS to CRM, employee timesheet, shift scheduling, appointment booking and much more! It is easy to use and manage. The tool is easy to train employees on and there is even a built in guidebook for additional trainings.

    Cons: Mobile interface could use some improvements from a UX perspective.

    Overall: I would highly recommend Helmbot to anyone looking to manage their appointment based business. It is easy to use and setup. They really make it easy. The customer service is also great as they are very responsive and take feedback and suggestions and act upon them.
