    Pros: Very good tool for managing ITDR Activities.
    Nice reporting tools.
    Extremely customizable.
    Combines a complete toolset in one application.
    Risk, BC and DR.

    Cons: Training a bit disappointing since was focused on BC.
    The tool is in need of a wizard or to guided config which would provide customers with an end to end.
    Experience.
    Migration from word docs was a challenge and still in progress building out since the requirements for migration were not understood by the Fusion implementation team.

    Lack of integration connectors for cmdb only supports Service Now.

    Overall: If I were to recommend any customer purchasing Fusion, Negotiate a complete migration to get you off and running quick.

    "Fusion is the best"

    Pros: I love the way Fusion connects things and allows you to see links and identify gaps between things that you just can't see manually.

    Cons: I'm still getting used to Lightning but I think the salesforce classic view may have been a little easier to navigate.

    Overall: I have used Fusion at 2 different companies now and I am happy to say I love the system. One of the deciding factors to taking the position I am in currently was that they had signed a contract to implement Fusion.
