    Pros: What I love about Froged is that they have a very easy to use platform so the team is able to adopt without much changes in their current customer service workflow.

    Cons: I actually do not see any feature not to like about Froged. It is very customizable and feature rich.

    Overall: I highly recommend businesses take a look at Froged in setting up live chat for their web applications.

    "Meet the needs, but is in great need of app and email changes"

    Pros: FROGED fits the bill on what you need. You'll have access to a plethora of features to help you understand and help your clients.
    There is a learning curve of course, as it is with all this CRM app tools.
    You can set a full suite of customer relations tools with no time. API is concise and sdks helps speeding up the process.
    I havent went really in deep with all the features, as I have the base plan.

    Cons: - As a support feature it falls short on speed: Sends you a "nudge" email/push notification saying "this client send you a message", but it doesn't gives you the email. Unless you have the FROGED app or web app opened, you wont be able to prioritize the message. For startups with minimal teams this is really problematic: No one is 100% committed to the same task all day, so you have to stop, open the email then go to the clients message in order to check what the message is about.
    - The web app takes a LOT of resources, even opening it on safari slows big time my computer. Same goes for the iOS app

    Overall: If you need a quick and reliable way to let your customers contact you and are in need of some dev tools to integrate behaviours, automatic actions, etc. then FROGED can fit your bill.
    There is a lot of room for improvement on some basic features, but still, not a bad app. Use it and create your own opinion about it

    Pros: It is very handy to use, they even have an Android and an iOS app. It has simple inbox just like personal chat messengers.

    Cons: You cannot customize the url pattern of knowledge base articles.

    Overall: FROGED is intuitive, and the basics can be learnt by new team members. I like that my team can see the chat history of everyone.

    "A must-have tool for Customer Support"

    Pros: Froged is a tool optimized for customer retention through email flows and mailings, plus you can add a knowledge center, and send messages to customers within your platform, which makes it very powerful.

    Cons: Its main disadvantage is however an advantage in itself, being a new tool, it lacks implementations, however this makes the team very receptive and every month new functionalities are implemented.

    Overall: This tool is used daily from LastBasic, our platform for the conversion of ideas to hardware prototypes, and has given us an advantage in managing internal processes with customers thanks to its simplicity and accessibility.

    Pros: The team is really committed to building something great and the customer support usually is fast and available.

    Cons: The ui/ux could be much better. Not so pleasant to navigate.

    Overall: Despite the ui/ux, what is important is the functional part, it works. I hope they improve ui/ux but as long as it keeps working as it should, that's what matters.

    Pros: The amount of features the tool has can be very useful for the different teams within the company. They also have great customer support.

    Cons: Very few to say for the time being. The implementation of the tool requires some time and isn't as immediate one would like. Not any more so far.

    Overall: Overall a great CS tool but also a good tool to collect metrics, set up onboardings or journeys with other features and a great customer support.

    Pros: Very good management in the contacts to use live chat.
    Good notifications System.
    Simple and intuitive interface.
    Good Filters system to be optimal at work.

    Cons: No cons for now, if i have to say something the only cons i see is, you have to have good internet skills to manage the filter system, but if you know how to do it, the software is a very powerful tool.

    Overall: I really like FROGED, i was working with this software for like a year now, and i can say i totally recommend.
    Very good experience.

    "Great tool for the day to day with customers "

    Pros: Chat and documents to automate and improve the relationship with the client, onboarding of our platform for new clients with everything automated, creation of clusters and notifications.

    Cons: We lack a complete report or dashboard to analyze all customer interactions and make a decision or create new actions with more data.

    Overall: We are in the testing phase, but overall it works very well and helps us both to capture new leads efficiently and to improve the relationship with current customers.

    Pros: Simple to use and easy to find answers to user functionality questions. You guys have videos to show features.

    Cons: None that I can mention at this time. So far the program has worked as intended and no Cons to report at this time. Is there a desktop app?

    Overall: 8 of 10. I have used other chat platforms and I can say that this one is not at the bottom of my list and so I hope to as i use it more have more insight.

    Pros: Integration with WhatsApp allows us to unify all the contact channels and team performance tracking.

    Cons: We wanted a connection with Facebook Ads to create a custom audience and deploy paid campaigns.

    Overall: The support team is always available in English and Spanish to support our operation and advanced technical requirements. Froged.com will be a key tool to boost our next growth strategies.

    Pros: Regularly updating the features.

    Simple & easy to use.

    There are really good features & triggers that helps to Auto mate messages.

    Cons: There are some glitches but they're working. Few suggestions like highlight the message reply " opinion so visitors can reply on recent chat.

    Overall: Looks good for small SaaS company.
    Regularly adding new features.
    Dashboard looks simple & very clean.. advanced API based automation.

    Pros: It is cheaper than the rest, being a relatively new software it has new functionalities, it has flexibility when it comes to tracking events.

    Cons: Being relatively new the functionalities may contain bugs that are difficult to understand their root cause, support is relatively slow due to the time difference.

    Overall: The best thing has been to be able to have an easy to edit help book, as well as easy communication by email or automatic messages, however I would like to be able to use the flow in a fluent way.

    "Great specialized tool"

    Pros: This is the first app I've used for measuring and keeping track of Customer Experience and it makes a difference!
    It's way better to have it automated and constantly updated.

    Cons: It was a little confusing to use at the beginning, but the resources and support were helpful.

    Overall: It's usually not a priority for businesses to actively track the customer experience and satisfaction.
    Having a tool that keeps track of it with automation allows you to be more proactive on problems that arise.

    "Best behavioral email automation so far!"

    Pros: I use it for our onboarding sequence, based on trigged conditions. The deliverability is bang on, while we can easily keep a track of the onboarding flow.

    Its easy to integrate with the product and create events.

    Pretty useful for chats and agents too, its an addition I liked it. It's chat is better than Help Scout I would say.

    Made onboarding much easier!

    Cons: Nothing so far. It's too good. Just would recommend A/B test and sort report date-wise feature.

    Overall: My overall experience with Froged in last six months was terrific. Easy learning curve and hands-on feature. It's for everyone. Product, Marketing, Success, Support, we use it cross-functionally. We never failed upon deliverability and didn't stake domain's reputation.

    Froged is bringing lot more features, and a supportive team.

    Pritesh, Thanks for your feedback. There's a way to set up A/B testing, you can divide the audience with userid. After you've set it up you can compare and analyze the metrics of flows, auto-messages, or emails.
