Pros: Using Demo Wizard has allowed me to submit/change my availability dates, foresee/input product stats, fill out reports & have records of my full reports & payments records for years later
I love Demo Wizard!Cons: P.S. In a world of digital efficiency, it would be great if Demo Wizard was a bit more mobile friendly when it comes to filling out Demo Reports.
Overall: As a 10-yrs Brand Ambassador, Demo Wizard is one of the most straight forward, no nonsense, time efficient & transparent Apps I've used.

Pros: -Don't have to correspond with vendors as much
-Easily able to approve demos and see where they land on the calendar
-I like that I can see what products they are planning on demoing
-Don't have to hire a demo coordinator!
-All emails are automated to buyers and vendors.Cons: -There is no prompt when a new email is added saying what your current password is and prompting you to set up a new one.
-Some features that are in normal software are not available (ability to delete people, sharing calendar, option to change who is assigned to demo after the first time, etc).
-Vendors often input their data incorrectly as there is no limit to character fields to help them figure out what info they are supposed to put in.Overall: I know this is fairly new and improvements are happening by the day but from the backside of working to set up demo wizard and trying to communicate how to use it to my entire company definitely has not been easy for me. I find myself often having to fix problems or answering many questions from vendors and staff on how to use it. Overall I am glad we have this service and it definitely fills a position in our company that we would normally have to hire for which is great!

Pros: Demo Wizard has made scheduling demos in larger super markets hassle free. It’s obvious it was designed by someone looking to simplify the process. We’ve been very happy using their program.
Cons: We have used the service several times and would recommend to others.
Overall: Demo Wizard has made scheduling demos hassle free. The process is very user friendly and we wish other markets would use the service.

"Demo Wizard cuts administrative time to grow my business" Posted 2022-02-14
Pros: I no longer need to make multiple calls that can span days to set a demo Once the demos are set, everyone involved can access all relevant info Online Reporting is simpler for the BA's and is treasured by the clients for the concise, relevant and actionable information. Invoicing and Payroll used to take me a full day, now it literally takes less that 30 min.
Cons: I wish Demo Wizard had more stores on their platform. Not enough stores have it. Setting demos for the ones that do, spoils me for the stores that it takes me days to contact and coordinate a demo with. It would be great if they could provide insight into what days and times are best at each store
Overall: Scheduling of Brand Ambassadors used to involve many calls and many changes back and forth between stores. Now I see exactly who is available for a store and time my clients want and can set the demo with a few clicks. Reporting is online, standardized and streamlined with all the info and pictures my clients want. Invoicing is now done effortlessly as all the receipts and expenses are in the reports.
