    Pros: Most of the information is automated and is light work to get a quote to a potential / existing customer quickly and easily. This product also allows you to manage suppliers and sales information straight through to invoicing. Great product!

    Cons: Possibly a training issue however, certain quotes do not upload.

    Overall: Great product that is time saving which allows for quote to invoice to happen much faster allowing for a faster turn around time for quicker revenue.

    Pros: ConnectWise Sell helps us to create and handle quotes online. You can set up how people can reach you, what they see on your quotes. The system gives you the ability to upload a signature and helps you look more professional.

    Cons: Nothing I can complain about so far. It's been a game-changer.

    Overall: All in all, the Sell platform has been an amazing tool for the company. Something I really use is the order porter templates to send out a quote, that's basically a PDF that is generated for an end-user after they look at the detail on the quote inside of order porter.

    Pros: I really enjoy the automation capabilities of ConnectWise Sell. It makes creating quotes and proposals very easy, and helps ensure that all the necessary information is captured. The integration with ConnectWise Manage is also a huge plus, as it allows me to keep all my sales information in one place.

    Cons: I found ConnectWise Sell to be clunky and difficult to use. It was not very intuitive and I had a hard time figuring out how to do some of the more basic tasks.

    Overall: The ConnectWise Sell experience has been great. The software is very user-friendly and efficient. The support from the ConnectWise team has been excellent. Overall, I have been very pleased with the software and the support I have received.

    Pros: It works well with ConnectWise Manage. It also connects to the popular distributors to get real time stock.

    Cons: There is no in-between with SELL, you either have very basic looking quotes or quotes that take a lot of work to generate due to the complexity of the system. Templates for quotes are hard to design and often require professional services.

    Overall: Overall, it's the best quoting solution if you use the ConnectWise stack. If you are not, look elsewhere as there is better quoting solutions.

    Pros: The ability to create custom templates for different types of quotes/projects to quickly create quotes for clients.
    The ability to get all the updated pricing from all our vendors without having to search the vendors website

    Cons: The ability to change the order porter template should be easier.
    It's difficult to search for older quotes created.

    Overall: It ties together each department and gives everyone visibility and information at their fingertips. The reports come in handy as well. I use the procurement report almost daily. The service boards and tickets also help to keep everything organized and allow for communication on a particular project all in one place.

    "Best cross selling platform for B2B sales teams"

    Pros: It is the best all-in-one, cloud based quoting software for IT Solution Providers and Resellers that creates quotes and proposals anywhere, anytime. It integrates really well with Connectwise which makes product conversions that much easier. The alert system that emails me when a quote is opened and approved is really nice for me since one is often not in the office.

    Cons: The software does not show one when you sent the quote to the intended client. Also, Dell import is often messed up which creates a manual entry process that isn't intuitive. This software also never seems to integrate with ConnectWise in terms of updating opportunities. One has also experience some issues with quotes going to historical versions and one can never seem to get it out of that category.

    Overall: The cloud based access is wonderful. Access from wherever is a breeze. The electronic underwriting process has condensed our business cycle by weeks. One can make constant explanations and have a good sentiment of continuous stock. When one made our designs, the are so normal to use. This makes dependable refering to basic and clear. In end the compromise with ConnectWise Manage is essential for smooth and straightforward hand-offs to procurement and organization movement.

    Pros: We can get stuff quoted to users, it can track if they view the quote, and not much more than that unfortunately.

    Cons: It's not really that good. Super slow site, strange bugs, poor integrations, annoying overall.

    Overall: As I said in the list of cons, there's just too many negative things about this system for me to recommend it to anyone... we're sort of stuck using it since we use CW products.

    Cons: ConnectWise has many features, but not all of them that users understand. I would suggest the developer to upgrade the training work.

    Cons: There were way more gadgets than I needed, so I just focused on the parts that I used.

    Pros: There are too many pros to list! I am able to create quotes and proposals in minutes, access real time pricing and availability from top distributors, and automate sales orders.

    Cons: NONE! The customer service is amazing, any issue I have run into they have been able to solve in minutes. I don't have time to waste with issues and it never feels like I have!

    Overall: I would highly recommend ConnectWise Sell. It will change the way you do business.

    Cons: Readymade templates saves lots of time. Very good software.

    Pros: As it's a web-based platform, it gives the option for use 'on the go'. One of the plus points is that customers can sign in and use the payment function online.

    Cons: There needs to be more clarity with regards to customers paying online as it can be a bit confusing for them. It could be simplified.

    Best integration with Salesforce.

    Pros: ConnectWise Sell is a multi dimensional sales oriented tool, which is very effective in in managing the workflow and paper works from lead till successful conversion. It offers a centralised dashboard to keep track of status and progress of different quotes and proposals.

    Cons: ConnectWise Sell is a great tool to increase the sales and manage the leads. No cons.

    Overall: ConnectWise Sell helps us manage with complete control over the quotes and proposals with much ease than before. It allow us to create professional proposals with its predefined template with much ease. It saves a lot of time and resource. It offers workflow automation which is great to use, the workflow automation is completely customisable based on your requirement and can be easily customised on the key factors which you are expecting during any sales flow to trigger the instances. The reporting section is quite intelligent one and can be used to completely e analyse the overall performance and conversion. It can be easily integrated with BI softwares, giving you an upper edge over reporting of sales performance to the management.

    Pros: - The biggest pro has to be the fact that it is a cloud-based solution. This makes salespeople of all types to use it from anywhere on any system.
    - Customizable quote templates make it very easy for a multi-industry user base to use the tool based on their needs.

    Cons: The initial setup effort and ramp-up time can be higher compared to some other tools, especially if the people using it are first-time salespeople.

    Overall: I think CWSell can be a great productivity booster for any organization in the IT or services sector by making their interaction with the customers very smooth.
