"Ayoa review"
Posted 2021-07-08Pros: Ayoa really helps my coworkers and I stay on task remotely. We are able to send messages and track progress and it is not invasive of everyones individual work schedule.
Cons: I really preferred the previous name DropTask. Ayoa seems a little weird and my brain has a hard time remembering it. I often still refer to it as DropTask.
Overall: I would suggest this to other users. It's a must for collaborative work, remotely.

"Nice Tool"
Posted 2021-07-03Pros: Helps me organize my thoughts - easily! I like the style and the way it displays. Creating new maps is easy due to the menu layout and short cuts.
Cons: It's not too easy to change fonts and to add pictures. Improving that functionality would help me.
Overall: I'm really happy with the flexibility it gives me in thinking about my thinking. It is a powerful tool - at a reasonable price.

"So Far So Good"
Edited 2021-07-01Pros: Having everything in one place was a big draw (Mindmap, diagrams, kanban)
that said there is still plenty of improvements that are needed to make those elements flow together.Cons: Cons/suggestions:
Mindmapping formats are very limited.
speed map is very limited and doesn't allow you to move nodes to other nodes. Organic does, but I don't like the look of organic. Diagram is not usable for me.
Moving lists to a Kanban doesn't really work well. I want to move individual items from a list to a specific category. I don't seem to have the option. Get rid of the "my planner", it just competes with the Kanban function and not very well.
I want to be able to add subtask in my Kanban planner. I also want to set individual due dates to a checklist item in a task. Also, categories should have the option to set a background for the entire category. Imagain a red column, green column, orange column. To be competitive with Trello you will have to really mature the workflow portion of Ayoa. I am coming from using Trello for years.
White board links should allow to choose some type of image or icon for that link. I don't like the icon that is pulled in by the URL.Overall: Overall the product has a good idea of offerings, but I can't say that I feel the 156 annual fee is worth it. I am happy to use the product for the year and hopefully see some significant feature additions. I think your product is on the right track with the combination of features, but you will really have to mature each of those elements to keep me past this first year. Good luck.

"An ADHDer's Dream To-Do List"
Posted 2021-06-30Pros: The canvas feature, where you can arrange your to-do list into bubbles grouped by category, is awesome. The orange and red tags for Priority or Importance draw my eye to the things I need to get done first. Things that I have checked off don't disappear immediately but instead, turn a darker color for a few days before disappearing which allows me to pat myself on the back a bit.
Cons: I wish the canvas view was the default option rather than having to change from the workflow view every time.
Overall: As someone who struggles with ADHD and really needs visuals, Ayoa has been a dream come true. I've used almost every to-do list app on the market and have never found one like Ayoa - it was exactly what I needed and I'm never giving it up!

"Enjoyable and Easy to Use"
Posted 2021-06-30Pros: There are multiple ways to view tasks and if a team member sets it up one way, you can change your personal view to suit your style. I like that it is colorful, easy to learn and navigate, and has preformatted options for people who don’t know where to start. This is an excellent product for small companies who don’t require all the bells and whistles of a larger, more expensive system. As I work with people on the autism spectrum, I also think this is an excellent platform for the neurodiverse population who may need to be very specific in their visual layout. They also do mind maps which is so great when working through big thought projects remotely. It’s like a whiteboard at your fingertips. Lastly, I’m glad it doesn’t look like a calendar, spreadsheet, or email inbox!
Cons: I would prefer it to integrate fully with G-Suite, not just Gmail. I believe they are continuing to add systems integration and I look forward to that. I also wish they would do the necessary work for HIPAA compliance so we could use the system exclusively for our project work.
Overall: So far, so good. My team seems pleased and more organized when working on shared projects. It’s removed a level of follow up communication that was really taking too much of our brain power on a regular basis.

"Ayoa Experience"
Posted 2021-06-30Pros: Ayoa is easy to use and produces beautiful diagrams. I'm able to integrate pictures and photos into the objects to make the diagrams more dynamic.
Cons: It would be great to integrate child diagrams in different files into a parent diagram for a single project and create a document from the multiple diagrams
Overall: I use Ayoa every day for an overview of my projects. It enables me to get a handle on the outstanding issues at a glance.

"Ayoa Helps Me to Stay Organized"
Edited 2021-03-24Pros: Ayoa has many features that I haven't even begun to use, but I love the Task Boards. I use them to add items to my To-Do lists so I stay on track. All the paper sticky notes on my desk are starting to disappear!
Cons: I can use Ayoa across multiple platforms seamlessly (computer, web, iPad, iPhone) and it syncs instantaneously. However, I do have difficulty at times because the interfaces are slightly different between platforms and I get lost finding the correct item or tool. Also some features are not available yet for mobile devices (whiteboards).
Overall: I love all the features of Ayoa. Support has been wonderful and responsive any time I've reached out.

"Review"
Posted 2021-03-17Pros: Like a number of features : to do list, task board, its cloud based and easy access. Ease of operation.
Cons: Having been a Imindmap user through number of revisions starting with 5 the mindmap facility in Ayoa is not as good and is in my opinion very limited in compared to Imindmap 11. Without being a team member some to the best features do not help me.
Overall: Being retired a number of the very positive features that can be used by teams, is little or no benefit to me. Thinks that for a team, especially a project driven team would be very beneficial after implementation.

"Excellent Visual Tool for Organizing Life and Work "
Posted 2021-03-16Pros: The visual effect of having bubbles and bubbles of bubbles showing your tasks, ideas and facts is very powerful. You can quickly drag and drop or color code to add distinction to items. It's easy to use and to understand.
Cons: I would like to be able to specify my own color palette. Besides round bubbles, having other shapes could help distinguish items.
Overall: This is a very valuable tool. I keep it open on a separate screen and refer to it through the day. What do I have to do? What have I forgotten? What is that book I wanted? It's all there for me, just bubbling up.

"Excellent organization resource."
Posted 2021-03-11Pros: You can create a task and organize it by time or by category, and that is a MAJOR advantage. I can think of all the tasks in one area of responsibility at a time, listing them out. Then I can see all the top priorities across areas in one dashboard. I can then pull out what's most urgent in the big-picture sense and easily escalate or downplay tasks as my situation changes.
Cons: The single thing I would like the software to do that I don't think it can manage is an archival system, tracking my completed tasks so I can look back and see when I finished them.
Overall: This is a fantastic tool for orienting on what matters most without losing sight of other tasks. The ability to re-order tiers of urgency and importance is very useful.

"Very nice to use "
Posted 2021-03-11Pros: Mind map is the best thing in the website. i got many rewards in schools by using it (for competition and many more resources).
Cons: Nothing...... just fix some bugs. If the bugs are fixed this is the best.
Overall: Best website for students and teachers. easy way to convey messages and educate others with mind maps and charts.

"Ayoa Became My Daily Task Manager, Calendar, and Mind Mapper"
Posted 2021-03-10Pros: As I began using Ayoa's software throughout my day, I realized that a slight tweak could mean that my calendar could also be part of project and task planning. I was thrilled with that and then realized that the ability to send emails that needed follow up could be sent directly into the system.
Then I realized that complex writing projects could easily be broken down using the mind mapping section. I already was a big mindmap booster, and to be honest, there is more there than I will ever get to use.
Despite all the functions, there isn't a steep learning curve. You can begin using Ayoa almost immediately and begin activating different functions over time.
Also, the onboarding was done at the level of packages costing thousands.Cons: The pace of change has been incredible over the last 18 months. The company could benefit from more frequent mailings about changes, but they over communicate everywhere else so it's a minor nit. On the whole, I would rather have the constant product improvements!
Overall: Software I use throughout my day. I can't think of another package that has its blend of functions. I would have to buy two or three programs to replace it.

"Needs cap lock"
Posted 2021-03-10Pros: I love the ease of use. I do many presentations and like to map my talks using key word to recall what I wish to say. I change colors for different subjects. I would like to be able to unify with caps lock and font size and bold if needed.
Cons: Each extension is brand new on font size and bold. I would like to have all the same without making it each extension to save time. Also would like to copy pictures.
Overall: Overall it is a great tool! From start to finish, it was easy for a new user. I like changing colors with thought change. I like the flexibility of moving the boxes around to different legs!
