Pros: - Very wel adapted to the catalan holiday rental market
- Great website with very good multi language support
- Great connections with lots of channels Booking, Airbnb etc)
- Amazing customer service
- Very good in keeping track of expenses per accomodacion
- Very easy to create settlements for owners
- Lots of customisation options
- Lots of reports (financials etc)Cons: - Can be a bit overwelming due to the many options to configure
- It is sometimes hard to understand what happens / what the logic behind automations is
- The back-end is not designed for use on mobile phones and no app available
- The operations part (cleaning, reception, task management) is not good enough for what we need
- The iCal export is limited making it impossible to load booking data into other software toolsOverall: We are very happy with it. The product meets our expectations and often surprises us with its many options. We chose Avantio because of its excellent platform connections, website, and robust owner management tools (reports, settlements, invoices). It's also one of the few platforms with solid Catalan language support, which is crucial for us. The customer service has exceeded our expectations, which we greatly value, as Avantio is an important partner and has a significant impact on our success.

We knew the operations part would not be sufficient for us, but we would have liked to have a more complete iCal export, so we could load booking info into another operations tool.

Pros: Well I discovered some new things that have been there all along and I had just found them! Speaking to fellow users to see learn their experiences was also very useful!
Cons: Nothing worth mentioning, I wasn’t well on the Thursday evening so Friday was a struggled but that was my personal issue and I need to fill in the characters to finish the review lol!
Overall: Great 2 days finding out new features, learning how other users get on with the software and meeting the people you speak to on a daily basis!
