Thank you for you basic with bytecode to C translator. It helps me to play and port with my first BASIC programs.

there is no editor included. it means if you start xbasic.exe and write 10for a=1 to 1e6 the result will be "0" and 20 b=b 1/a (enter) "dvision by zero" 30next a i do not recommend this for beginners.

Hm. Maybe you want to have a brief look into the manual or into the demo.bas which comes with the package. The syntax is different for this BASIC.

Excellent bit if kit for those old enough to remember the Atari ST and GFA basic - also the author is dynamic and responsive to bugs fixes/requests etc. 10/10
