When will I get my award?
All orders that are approved to be processed will ship within approximately 2 weeks. You will receive your tracking number on your order portal and directly from the courier (UPS/ FedEx) via email. It has been more than two weeks since I placed my order. Why haven’t I received my award?
Once your order has shipped, it’s your responsibility to ensure your award is successfully delivered. Follow these steps to locate your order:
  • Check your email or sign in here to retrieve your tracking number
  • Visit the shipping courier’s website for the status of your shipment
  • Contact your local UPS or FedEx with your tracking number to see what is required for clearance and delivery of your shipment
Please note, every country has customs requirements that the receiver must complete for delivery. If the required custom documents are not completed in a timely fashion, the package may be abandoned or turned over to a 3rd party broker for clearance and there may be fees associated with the transfer, storage, and release of the package.

I would like more than one award for my channel. How do I purchase additional awards?
While only one complimentary award is given per channel per milestone, you or your team can request to purchase more awards by getting in touch with us here using the email address associated with your channel. All purchase requests are approved directly by YouTube and Society Awards does not determine your eligibility for additional awards.

Remember, Creator Awards are meant to celebrate channels and their team members, and may not be sold or distributed to anyone outside of the team. Creators found in violation of this policy may be subject to disciplinary action from YouTube.
Do I need to pay taxes or fees?
Certain countries/regions require payment of customs duties and/or taxes for a Creator Award to be delivered. Legally, YouTube is not able to cover these costs. These include:
  • Armenia
  • Azerbaijan
  • Kyrgyzstan
  • Moldova
  • Uzbekistan
For all other countries, you should not need to pay taxes or fees to have the award delivered. However, in the event that you do not respond to UPS/FedEx’s attempts to contact you for customs related issues, the package may be turned over to a 3rd party broker for clearance submission at which point you may be required to pay customs fees, storage fees, duties, and/or taxes before the package can be released for delivery.
