Tanzanian fintech company NALA has been granted an International Money Transfer Operator (IMTO) license by the Bank of Uganda. The license will allow NALA to directly integrate with local mobile money services in the East African country. This development will enable NALA's users to send and receive money more efficiently and securely across borders. Founded in 2017, the fintech company facilitates money transfers between the UK, US, and EU to various African countries.
