The Phou Samsoum tree frog (Zhangixalus melanoleucus) is a frog. It lives in Laos in Xiengkhouang Province. People have only seen it in one place: Phou Samsoum Mountain. Scientists think it might also live in other mountainous parts of Laos and Vietnam.[1]
