Senator Tobias Enverga

Tobias C. Enverga, Jr. (December 2, 1955 – November 16, 2017) was a Filipino-born Canadian politician. He served as the Canadian senator representing the province of Ontario from 2012 until his death in 2017. He was born in Manila, the Philippines. He was co-chair of the Asian Heritage Month Celebration for the Greater Toronto Area and was previously a director of the Canadian Multicultural Council - Asians in Ontario.

Enverga died on November 15, 2017, while on a trip to Medellín, Colombia at the age of 61.[1][2]
