Shark chutney

Shark chutney is a food in the Seychelles. It is made with boiled skinned shark. It is finely mashed, and cooked with squeezed bilimbi juice and lime. Then it is mixed with onion, pepper, salt and turmeric. The onion is fried and it is cooked in oil.[1]
