The President of Northern Cyprus officially the president of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) is the head of state of Northern Cyprus. The president of Northern Cyprus right now is Mustafa Akinci. He has been president since 2015.[2]
The president of Northern Cyprus is not a ceremonial position in the political system of Northern Cyprus.[3]
