James Soong Chu-yu (Chinese: 宋楚瑜; born 16 March 1942) is a Taiwanese politician. He is the founder and current Chairman the People First Party.[2]
In November 2019, he announced his candidacy for the 2020 Taiwan presidential election, beginning his campaign on 13 November 2019.[3][4]
