Ivan Boldirev (born August 15, 1949) is a Yugoslavian-born Canadian former professional ice hockey centre. He played a total of fifteen seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL). He played for the Boston Bruins, California Golden Seals, Chicago Black Hawks, Atlanta Flames, Vancouver Canucks, and Detroit Red Wings
Career
[change | change source]He led the Black Hawks in scoring during the 1977–78 and 1978–79 seasons.[1]
He was also successful during his time with the Vancouver Canucks. He would help the team reach the 1982 Stanley Cup Finals where they would lose to the New York Islanders four games to zero.[2]
After retiring, Boldirev worked with the Chicago Blackhawks Alumni Association.[3]
