Herbert Binkert (3 September 1923 – 4 January 2020) was a German football player and manager. He played as a forward.

Binkert was born in Karlsruhe. He played internationally for Saarland from 1951 to 1956. Binkert is the joint top scorer for Saarland, with six goals. He played club football between 1942 and 1960, most notably for 1. FC Saarbrücken. He later managed football teams, including 1. FC Saarbrücken.

Binkert died on 4 January 2020 at the age of 96.[1]
