George Stigler

George Joseph Stigler (January 17, 1911 – December 1, 1991) was an American economist. He won the Nobel Prize in Economics in 1982. He was a key leader of the Chicago School of Economics, along with Milton Friedman. He was born in Seattle, Washington.
Stigler died in Chicago, Illinois from heart failure, aged 80.[1]
