Don’t Start Now” is a song performed by English singer Dua Lipa. It was released on 31 October 2019, as the first single from her second studio album, Future Nostalgia (2020).[1] The song was written by Lipa, Caroline Ailin, Emily Warren, and its producer, Ian Kirkpatrick.[2]

The song has been successful on record charts, reaching number two in the UK[3] and the US,[4] where it outperformed her previous single, “New Rules”, which reached number six there.
