Colored pencil

From Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Colo(u)red pencils

A colored pencil (Canadian and British English: coloured pencil), is an art tool. It is made of a narrow, colored core inside a wooden cylindrical case. Unlike graphite and charcoal pencils, colored pencils' cores are wax or oil-based and have different proportions of pigments, additives, and binding agents.
