"Blowing Kisses in the Wind" is a song recorded by American singer and dancer Paula Abdul. It was released on October 17, 1991 as the third single from Abdul's second studio album, Spellbound (1991). It was the second ballad to be released by Adbul and was compared to her other ballad "Rush Rush".

"Blowing Kisses in the Wind" debuted at number 47 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart, earning the Hot Shot Debut title for the week ending October 19, 1991.[2] The next week, the song climbed to number 33, with that week gaining the title of Greatest Airplay Gainer.[3] The single eventually peaked at number six, remaining at that spot for three weeks, before falling down the chart.[4]
