Akhbari

The Akhbaris are a part of Twelverism. Unlike the Usulis they follow only the Qur'an and Hadith as their source without aql(logic) and ijma(consensus). They reject the usoli version of ilm al rijal(Hadith science)and taqleed(following without proof) in ijtaihad(making rulings) to a fallible being. The term akhbari originated from the daughter of imam Al jawad(peace be upon him) calling the companions of the imams(peace be upon them) “ashab al akhbar” companions of the news/akhbar”. There are also other differences, since they have a different ilm al rijal. I will list stuff that is haram for them swearing on other than Allah(may his glory be glorified) , tattoos, doing your eyebrows, and making images of living faces or statues of living stuff.
