We’re not medical professionals, so we can’t tell you what the best pillow for neck pain is, and the same goes when we talk about the best pillow for back pain. Best pillow for back sleepers 

Lots of us end up on our backs when we sleep, whether that’s intentional or not – so we need to be careful when we choose a bed pillow. For back sleepers, memory foam pillows are usually recommended. But the Hybrid® Firm Pillow is unique: it’s not too soft, or too hard. And it comes with interchangeable layers, so you can alter the firmness to suit your desired level of comfort and support.  

The best pillow for side sleepers

Best pillow for front sleepers

Before you place your order, it’s a good idea to take pillow measurements; UK pillow sizes should fit all our pillows (aside from our Body Pillow), since they’re made to match a standard pillow size. This helps you choose the perfect one for your bed, but also means you can pair them with the right pillowcase size. Don’t worry, you’ll still get the ‘cool-touch’ feel of our Stratos® tech, even with a pillowcase on, but this way, you’ll keep your sleep pillow fresher for longer.
