Uridin kinaza (EC 2.7.1.48, pirimidin ribonukleozidna kinaza, uridin-citidin kinaza, uridin kinaza (fosforilacija), uridinska fosfokinaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:uridin 5'-fosfotransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Citidin može da deluje kao akceptor. GTP i ITP mogu da deluju kao donori.
