Tabersonin 16-O-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.94, 11-demetil-17-deacetilvindolinska 11-metiltransferaza, 11-O-demetil-17-O-deacetilvindolinska O-metiltransferaza, S-adenozil-L-metionin:11-O-demetil-17-O-deacetilvindolinska 11-O-metiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:16-hidroksitabersonin 16-O-metiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi vindolina iz tabersonina kod Madagascar periwinkle.
