TRNK nukleotidiltransferaza (EC 2.7.7.56, fosfat-zavisna eksonukleaza, RNaza PH, ribonukleaza PH) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom tRNK:fosfat nukleotidiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- tRNKn 1 fosfat tRNKn nukleozid difosfat
Ovaj enzim vrši finalno eksonukleolitičko odsecanje na 3'-terminusu tRNK prekursora kod Escherichia coli putem fosforolize.
