P2Y purinoceptor 4 je protein koji je kod ljudi kodiran P2RY4 genom.[1][2]
Proizvod ovog gena, P2Y4, pripada familiji G-protein spregnutih receptora. Ova grupa sadrži više tipova receptora sa različitom farmakološkim selektivnostima za razne adenozinske i uridinske nukleotide, koje se preklapaju u nekim slučajevima. Ovaj receptor je responsivan na uridinske nukleotide, posebno na ATP, i nije responsivan na ADP.[2]
