Nitrat reduktaza (EC 1.7.99.4, respiratorna nitratna reduktaza, nitratna reduktaza (akceptor), nitrit:(akceptor) oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom nitrit:akceptor oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju:
Enzim iz Pseudomonas enzim je citohrom, dok je enzim iz Micrococcus halodenitrificans protein koji sadrži molibden.
