N-acetillaktozaminid b-1,3-N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza (EC 2.4.1.149, uridin difosfoacetilglukozamin-acetillaktozaminid beta1->3-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza, poli-N-acetillaktozaminski enzim produžavanja, Galbeta1->4GlcNAc-R beta1->3 N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza, UDP-GlcNAc:GalR, beta-D-3-N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza, N-acetillaktozamin beta(1-3)N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza, UDP-GlcNAc:Galbeta1->4GlcNAcbeta-Rbeta1->3-N-acetilglukozaminiltransferaza, GnTE, UDP-N-acetil-D-glukozamin:beta-D-galaktozil-1,4-N-acetil-D-glukozamin beta-1,3-acetil-D-glukozaminiltransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom UDP-N-acetil-D-glukozamin:beta-D-galaktozil-(1->4)-N-acetil-D-glukozamin 3-beta-N-acetil-D-glukozaminiltransferaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim deluje na beta-galaktozil-1,4-N-acetilglukozaminil terminus na asijalo-alfa1-kiselinskom glikoproteinu i drugim glikoproteinima i oligosaharidima.
