Komplementna potkomponenta C1r (EC 3.4.21.41, aktivirani komplement C1r, C overbar 1r esteraza, aktivirani komplement C1r) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Selektivno odvajanje Lys(ili Arg)-Ile veza u komplementnoj potkomponenti C1s čime se formira C overbar 1s (EC 3.4.21.42)
Ovaj enzim se aktivira iz proenzima C overbar 1r u plazmi.
