Inozitol-pentakisfosfat 2-kinaza (EC 2.7.1.158, IP5 2-kinaza, Gsl1p, Ipk1p, inozitol polifosfatna kinaza, inozitol 1,3,4,5,6-pentakisfosfatna 2-kinaza, Ins(1,3,4,5,6)P5 2-kinaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:1D-mio-inozitol 1,3,4,5,6-pentakisfosfat 2-fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim takođe može da koristi Ins(1,4,5,6)P4 i Ins(1,4,5)P3 kao supstrat.
