Homoakonitatna hidrataza (EC 4.2.1.36, homoakonitaza, cis-homoakonitaza, HACN, Lys4, LysF, 2-hidroksibutan-1,2,4-trikarboksilat hidrolijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (1R,2S)-1-hidroksibutan-1,2,4-trikarboksilat hidrolijaza (formira (Z)-but-1-en-1,2,4-trikarboksilat).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan [4Fe-4S] klaster.
