Fosfoenolpiruvatna karboksilaza (EC 4.1.1.31, fosfopiruvat (fosfat) karboksilaza, PEP karboksilaza, fosfoenolpiruvinska karboksilaza, PEPC, PEPCaza, fosfat:oksaloacetat karboksi-lijaza (fosforilacija)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom fosfat:oksaloacetat karboksilijaza (dodaje fosfat, formira fosfoenolpiruvat).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- fosfat oksaloacetat fosfoenolpiruvat HCO3-
Ovaj enzim formira oksaloacetat u okviru ciklusa trikarboksilnih kiselina pri čemu deluje u reversnom smeru.
