Thunes' Graduate Programme

Thunes’ graduate programme is part of the Singapore Global Executive Programme (SGEP), in partnership with Enterprise Singapore.

Context of the role

As a Product Marketing Executive specializing in cross-border payments at Thunes, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and growth of our innovative payment solutions. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing to execute impactful go-to-market strategies and help in creating revenue.


Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our cross-border payment products, their features, benefits, and target audience.
  • Assist in crafting compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target market segments.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to gather insights and feedback from users, leveraging data to inform product enhancements and improvements.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, website content, blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to product adoption, customer acquisition, and retention, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in coordinating product launches and promotional events, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and channels.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Thunes, representing our values and commitment to innovation and inclusion in the fintech space.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Technical, or related field.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and crafting engaging content.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with cross-border payments, international finance, or payment technologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar software.
