    Challenging sustainable infrastructure and transportation project to develop one of the largest water based entertainment centre at Jeddah. This new 13.5 km2 development will set a global benchmark for water-based entertainments and help to provide an enriched tourism and entertainment experience.

    The project featured smart-sustainable city design factoring institutional infrastructure with economic progress, physical infrastructure with environmental leadership, and social infrastructure together with social development. It also detailed the ‘destination vision’ to create a smart vibrant city with AI driven transformation.

    The plan was also specially designed with considerations to embrace and enhance its deep cultural rooting, expanding new opportunities and possibilities.

    The smart city framework is developed based on six pillars, namely smart governance and administration, smart economy, smart utilities, smart mobility, smart community and smart environment.
