Today, we are pleased to introduce the efforts of Mitsui Information Co., Ltd. in implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition by leveraging the SAP Preferred Success customer success offering to efficiently advance their cloud utilization. The company had been using SAP ERP and SAP Business Warehouse, but with the standard maintenance deadlines and support contracts nearing their end, they decided to implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP Analytics Cloud solutions. To support the implementation, they chose SAP Preferred Success, which assists throughout the lifecycle phases of cloud service adoption, operation, and application. They received technical support for API integration between SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and their sales support solution. Mr. Niihama, Director of the Digital Strategy Promotion Department in the Corporate Planning Division, who opted for the use of SAP Preferred Success, appreciated the ongoing support from the CSP (Customer Success Partner) and SAP’s technical experts even after the system went live. He says, "Being able to communicate closely with SAP representatives provides a great sense of reassurance. We can quickly share information on how SAP is progressing with feature expansions in regular meetings, which allows us to plan for the future." Mitsui Information plans to continue utilizing SAP Preferred Success for both SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP Analytics Cloud to further enhance their data utilization.
