The due diligence review provided the Client with commentary on all aspects of the Project, to include general structure, contractual arrangements, commercial operating environment, design, testing and acceptance, environmental, Project costs, financial modelling, and analysis of liquidated damage provisions.

Project Manager - Independent technical advisor representing the project financiers for the technical and environmental development due diligence for the project and associated 500 kV substation. Activities include performing commentary on construction monitoring activities until commercial operation date planned in 2016, review of monthly progress reports stakeholder management, certification of the switchyard facilities and subsequently operation monitoring activities.

Engineer – Technical advisor for a pre-feasibility study for a 400 MW combines cycle power plant in Philippines. I was tasked with the plant and equipment whereby a review on which plant configuration was recommended, together with producing the layouts which was part of the report. I was also tasked with the responsibility of producing the Minimum Functional Specifications according to the Clients specifications.
