“I had the honor to know and work with Danny over my years in Ubisoft. Our personality clicked right away and grew quickly from colleagues to becoming friends. We were regular lunchmates and we have seen each other grew over the years. I joined during AC: Syndicate and Danny was a senior of mine. He gave me plenty of guidance and advice during my early years. It was AC: Odyssey that we really went through some very challenging and tough production. It was this period that I would say we have really went through thick and thin, shed sweat and tears. We learn more about ourselves and each other and how we function as a team. It was these difficult times when our true color reveals. Danny shows great compassion towards his co-workers and passion towards his craft. He is constantly looking for knowledge and transferring them into his work. In recent years, as Danny has stepped up to becoming a senior role, he stepped out of his introverted personality and took up leadership positions to guide our juniors, mentor our newbies and educate the team of his knowledge that he has acquired over the years. (The most memorable one was how he learnt about city planning and layout to mimic theme-park-like distribution) I would want to work with Danny again any chance I can as I've learnt so much from him not just as an artist, but also as a human being. I hope our path will cross again soon! It was a great pleasure and honor working with you!”
