With October being Mental Health month, Zenith are proudly supporting Black Dog Institute for the One Foot Forward challenge; the walk for mental health. Zenith teams across Asia Pacific are stepping up to walk 40km, 60km, 100km, or 150km, over the month. Many of us will know someone who suffers from mental health issues, or at some point we may experience it ourselves. With an estimated 50% of people with mental health issues not seeking help, the importance of destigmatising and providing support for sufferers is imperative. All funds raised by One Foot Forward support Black Dog Institute’s crucial research and support services. We’re thrilled to participate in this important effort to support Mental Health.
