    We are delighted to welcome Michelin-starred chef Paul Ivić as our V-ZUG Ambassador for the Austrian market. In his restaurant TIAN in Vienna and his TIAN Bistro am Spittelberg, he delights guests from all over the world with his vegetarian and vegan cuisine. He emphasises seasonality, regionality and the full processing of his produce - from root to leaf. This makes V-ZUG one of the pioneers in the field of electric logistics, which is why Volvo Group portrayed us as an ‘early adopter’.     At this year's London Design Festival, we were proud to partner with Quooker UK to organise an exclusive week-long open house event under the theme ‘Transparency in Design’. This collaboration was a celebration of innovation, with both brands showcasing new product ranges and extended colour palettes. To mark the London Design Festival 2024, we welcomed guests to our V-ZUG Studio for a special event featuring cocktails created by our V-ZUG Ambassador and award-winning mixologist Joe Schofield and a selection of seasonal and regional canapés prepared by our V-ZUG Gourmet Academy.     This year at Saturday Indesign in Sydney, we teamed up with the Whitehouse Institute of Design to present a sensory experience that explored our V-ZUG story of innovation and design with a multimedia gallery concept in our Studio. A highlight of the exhibition was the VR Tablescape where visitors were transported to an alternate universe of sight, touch and taste. Miniature sculptures viewed through the headsets enhanced the altered sense of reality bringing our brand history to life while a culinary tasting activated the palate creating a memorable experience. #vzug #vzugstudio #vzugsydney #saturdayindesign #design

    Giuseppe Lo Vasco keeps all wine bottles at 14 degrees in the wine cellar of the Mammertsberg restaurant. The bottles are stored horizontally in the dark at a constant temperature. Before the wines are served to the guests, they are temporarily stored in our V-ZUG WineCooler. When selecting the wines, Giuseppe is guided by the dishes on the menu and adds his own personal touch. If the food has a certain spiciness, for example, he works with a sweetness in the wine. And yet a good wine pairing always requires a dialogue with the guest.     We visited Silvio Germann and Giuseppe Lo Vasco at the restaurant and hotel Mammertsberg - a gastronomic destination for gourmets and all food and wine enthusiasts. Guests can not only indulge in Silvio's Michelin-starred cuisine and breathtaking views of Lake Constance, but also experience his sense of innovation, attention to detail and hospitality - values he shares with us at V-ZUG. Giuseppe Lo Vasco guided us through his personal treasure trove - the wine cellar, where 4000 wines are stored, the oldest being a 61 Bordeaux.
